Declining patent quality is in the meantime not only a concern of Industry but also patent attorneys, academia, judges and even the staff of the EPO share these concerns. Different speakers from academia, industry, patent office, and court will therefore discuss the importance of valid and enforceable patents.

There will be short presentations followed by a Panel Discussion and a Q&A session with questions from the participants. Participation is possible on-line and on-site.
